Gender Equality Policy and Certification at Ghella: our commitment to people

At Ghella people are the driving force behind every project. With the publication of our Gender Equality Policy and the achievement of its certification, we are strengthening our dedication to creating an inclusive workplace built on respect, fairness, and the celebration of diversity.
Our progress is already evident: in our 2023 Sustainability Report, we highlighted a significant increase in female representation in managerial roles, reaching 18.7% - a 12% rise since 2021. Yet, we recognize there’s more to be done.
Every step we take is aimed at leaving a legacy of respect, opportunity, and shared value for the people and communities we work with.
