New Skills Fund: a new training project begins

We have launched a strategic programme, co-funded by the European Union through the New Skills Fund within the National Programme “Youth, Women and Work 2021–2027.”
An initiative designed for organizations that, like ours, choose to grow, innovate, and invest in the most important value: people.

This measure supports innovation and new employment: it aims to increase the skills of female and male workers, to respond to the needs of digitalization, environmental sustainability and energy efficiency.

The funding allows us to activate training programmes dedicated to the development of new skills and to more collaborative, open and future-oriented working methods.
